These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.mameythelabel.com.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
We aim to present our products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, slight variations may occur.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
MAMEY reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability.
5. Payment
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers available at checkout, including credit cards, debit cards, TWINT and other supported payment methods.
MAMEY does not store payment information.
6. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days.
We currently ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, product launches or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are:
- unworn
- unwashed
- undamaged
- returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
8. Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@mameythelabel.com.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MAMEY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold through it.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland, subject to mandatory statutory provisions on consumer jurisdiction.
