Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 business days and delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us at info@mameythelabel.com before sending your item back. Include your order number and the reason for your return and we will guide you through the process.

Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Where are your pieces made?

Our clothing is thoughtfully produced in small batches in Portugal. Our Larimar jewellery is handcrafted in the Dominican Republic and Switzerland, bringing together Caribbean heritage and Swiss craftsmanship.

What materials do you use?

Our first collection is crafted from European Flax® certified linen, selected for its breathability, softness and timeless feel.

How do your pieces fit?

Our pieces are designed with a feminine, relaxed silhouette and a slightly oversized fit for effortless comfort and ease.

If you prefer a more fitted look or are between sizes, we recommend sizing down.

Will sold out pieces be restocked?
